Provider and service boundaries

FORGE is operated by FORGE Adaptive Training LLC. Contact support@forgeadaptive.com for support, billing, refund or privacy requests.

FORGE provides fitness education, planning tools and personal tracking. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical treatment, grant medical clearance or guarantee physical outcomes. Nutrition, readiness and training suggestions are estimates for review, not individualized medical prescriptions. Follow relevant clinician restrictions, especially during pregnancy, postpartum recovery or return from injury.

For an emergency, seek emergency medical care or call local emergency services. FORGE and coach messaging cannot assess emergencies and are not continuously monitored.

Adult account holders must be at least 18. Parent-managed youth workspaces support ages 13–17 only, subject to an assigned place and guardian consent. A coach's membership does not itself pay for clients' memberships.

Membership prices

Prices below are in US dollars. Annual prices are charged as one annual payment, not monthly installments. Any applicable tax and the final amount must be disclosed before payment confirmation.

Team FORGE members select one role at checkout: Coach, Influencer, or Brand Ambassador. Only the Coach role includes the coach/client portal with unlimited clients; Influencer and Brand Ambassador roles include access to the Team FORGE reward tiers instead.

Additional adult pricing requires an eligible primary Individual membership, including an eligible free grant. Adults use separate logins and private records. A guardian who does not train can purchase youth places without buying an adult training membership. Account creation alone does not start a paid subscription or assign unlimited athlete places.

Seven-day trial and automatic renewal

Eligible first-time paying billing accounts receive one seven-day trial on the selected subscription, including the membership and additional places purchased together. A payment method is required. Switching plans or adding profiles does not create a new trial.

After the trial, the selected monthly or full annual amount is charged automatically unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends. Checkout displays the amount and first billing date before confirmation. The subscription renews at the selected frequency until canceled. Merely viewing the pricing page does not authorize payment.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel, open Account & settings → Membership & billing → Cancel subscription. That opens FORGE's own secure Stripe-hosted billing page from your signed-in account — you do not need a Stripe login or the Stripe dashboard — so complete the cancellation there and check the confirmation. Cancellation during the trial prevents the first membership charge. The trial can remain available until its scheduled end date.

After a paid period starts, cancellation stops renewal and access continues through the paid period. Stopping app use or removing its home-screen icon does not cancel billing. If the cancellation control fails, contact support promptly for assistance.

Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory cancellation or refund rights. Subscription changes, special cases and refund processing may require support; self-service upgrade/downgrade flows are not currently available.

Existing free access and invitations

Protected existing-account grants remain free and are not automatically converted into paid subscriptions. Owner-issued invitations may grant a specified membership, athlete capacity and duration. Temporary grants expire according to their stated terms; expiry does not itself authorize a charge.

Clients of a complimentary coach still require their own eligible membership or separate free access. Purchasing extra athlete places does not erase an existing personal free grant.

Availability, records and conduct

An internet connection is required to sign in and save records. Feature availability may depend on device/browser support and external services. The current release supports specified workout-file imports; it does not automatically sync every wearable account. The photo journal does not generate physique simulations.

Keep appropriate exports of important records and protect login credentials and vault passphrases. Only upload information you have the right to provide. Do not use the service to harass others, impersonate someone, defeat account permissions or upload unlawful content.

Coach access depends on the client's consent and the available permission controls. FORGE does not guarantee a coach's qualifications or independently monitor every communication.

The merchandise store and verified military/first-responder discount are not currently available. Do not rely on a planned feature when deciding whether to subscribe. Future price changes or material changes to an existing subscription require appropriate notice and any consent required by applicable law.
