Choose the distance and the time you have

Set your discipline, training window, weekly availability and session limits. Running plans combine easy volume and discipline-specific work, with long-run planning for longer distances.

Keep one primary training schedule

An endurance block replaces your other scheduled training rather than becoming extra work stacked on top. Review the schedule before approving it so the total workload fits your week.

Check recovery and record sessions

Sleep, resting heart rate and pain inputs can hold or modify intensity. Log completed sessions and review progression before moving into the next week. Training plans do not guarantee a race result.

Can I use FORGE for marathon preparation?

FORGE includes a marathon track with baseline-led long runs, easy volume, cutback weeks and a taper. Review the draft against your experience, recovery and available time.
