FORGE ADAPTIVE TRAINING
Make room for the work between workouts.
Recovery is part of the plan. Use sleep, soreness and energy check-ins to understand your readiness inputs and decide how to approach the session in front of you.
Explore the demoCreate accountSee the inputs behind readiness
Record how you slept and how you feel. FORGE shows the inputs behind readiness guidance so a score does not become an unexplained instruction.
Review changes before training
When reported soreness or pain limits movement or strength, or readiness is low, FORGE can suggest scaling today’s session for your approval. Your longer-term plan is not silently rewritten.
Keep a useful training record
Log what you actually completed and review recovery alongside workout history. Compatible workout-file imports are available; automatic Apple Health, Garmin and Fitbit account syncing is not currently available.
Can FORGE diagnose pain or clear me to exercise?
No. FORGE provides fitness planning and personal tracking, not diagnosis, treatment or medical clearance. Discuss health concerns with your own qualified professional.
